Performance Measurement

Each program has adopted HQI data collection processes most conducive to building sustainable clinic level capacity for performance measurement and informed by the existing M&E system in place. Subsequent implementation of data-driven cycles of QI has led to process investigation for re-evaluation that incorporates a review of data collection processes at the clinic level. In this way, HQI data collection processes become more efficient and improve data quality more broadly, leading to improvements in documentation, information systems and the interface between the clinic system and the public health reporting framework.
