QI Regional Groups

HEALTHQUAL International promotes and supports the formation of regional quality management groups to facilitate peer learning to advance QI activities and successful improvement strategies.

Regional groups provide a powerful mechanism for accelerating implementation of quality management programs. The group facilitation and coaching role for these groups is initially shared by the in-country team and the HQI country lead. HQI enhances coaching through strategies to promote peer learning among staff from different clinics in a local area.

HQI has assisted in the development of regional groups in Uganda, Mozambique and Namibia.
