Who is eligible?
HEALTHQUAL International is funded through the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), and can be implemented in PEPFAR focus countries. Participation is initiated through an engagement process between the country's Ministry of Health and HIVQUAL International, in collaboration with the CDC country office.

How do I get involved?
Participation in HEALTHQUAL International is coordinated by the Ministry of Health in-country, in collaboration with the CDC.
